How much do your services cost?

You can view our pricing on our online booking form—no booking required! Just customize your cleaning, and a price estimate will appear at the bottom.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe, a secure payment processor with 256-bit SSL encryption. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.

What is your policy on breakage or lost items?

If an issue arises, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work to resolve the claim as quickly as possible.

Do I need electricity and running water for cleaning?

Yes, your home must have electricity and running water. If not, your appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Can you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Yes! If you prefer green cleaning products, just let us know in your booking notes.

How many cleaners will be sent?

This depends on your home’s size and the type of cleaning requested. We typically send between 1–6 cleaners.

Can I have the same cleaner every time?

Yes! We do our best to assign the same cleaner for recurring services.

How do cleaners enter my home?

You can choose to:

  • Be home to let them in
  • Leave a key under the mat
  • Provide a lockbox code
  • Leave the door unlocked on cleaning day

Do you clean outdoor areas like backyards?

Yes, for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Do you clean windows?

We clean interior windows only. Exterior window cleaning is not available.

What is considered a deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning is recommended for homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in over 30 days. This allows extra time to achieve the highest cleaning standards.

Do you clean hoarded or hazardous spaces?

If a home is deemed hazardous, cleaners may refuse service, and a cancellation fee will apply. Hoarding cleanings are billed hourly and may incur additional fees. Biohazardous materials (e.g., blood, waste) are not cleaned.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?

We offer a free re-clean if you’re not satisfied. However, complaints must be reported within 48 hours, and refunds are not provided.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! Our team brings all necessary supplies and equipment, but we can use yours upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations: $40 fee
  • Same-day cancellations: $80 fee

Can cleaners do laundry or dishes?

Yes! Laundry must be done on-site, and you must provide detergent.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, but please ensure cleaners have access. We recommend a walkthrough at the end of service.

Do cleaners move appliances or heavy furniture?

Cleaners do not bring ladders but can use a small step stool (if provided). Please note high areas in your booking.

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

Yes! You can easily reschedule through our online system—no contracts required.
